I really have no idea what garbage you are on about about bob beck and communists, leave that junk out. Post a *full* `radiusd -X` debug.

It looks like you have a space char in between = and IEEE below - but I have no idea where that is from so I have no idea if that is your copy/paste error or if it’s an error in your database - it appears that you use SQL. Perhaps you can paste the contents of your radreply and radcheck tables for the user in question.
