How to limit internet bandwidth consumption by radius

Hello everyone, I would like to know how I can limit bandwidth consumption by radusergroup on freeradius for aruba equipment.
By Mikrotik I use the parameters username, groupname and the user authenticates to the hotspot with this bandwidth navigation limit
I would like to know if is possible do the same to aruba
