New member of FreeRADIUS

  This is a short message announcing that we (Network RADIUS) have hired Jorge Pereira as a full-time person working on FreeRADIUS.  He has contributed to FreeRADIUS in the past, and we're looking forward to more contributions from him in the future.

  He will largely be working on updating the documentation for version 4.  And also miscellaneous bug fixes, features, etc.  as needed.
