Building the 3.0.18 version

Some dependencies that debian stretch 9.8 don't have candidate to install.

- libkqueue-dev (maybe compile from https://github.com/mheily/libkqueue ?)
- libjson0
- libjson-c2libjson-c3
- libjson0-dev
