Building the 3.0.18 version

You're building development version. Which is why it's asking for kqueue
> and all sorts of things you don't need.


I used these commands

>From the git repository (*version 3.0.18* - latest released version)
git clone https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server.git
cd freeradius-server
git checkout release_3_0_18

So, the wiki steps is wrong?
