  We don't document how to use Windows here.  But we do document FreeRADIUS.

  Please also define what you mean by "not working".  There are many, many, things that can go wrong.  Read the debug output.  The errors there are usually pretty descriptive.

  If you're not clear, post the debug output here as suggested in the documentation, and pretty much daily on this list.
