Importing the GPG keys

Hi,
I was looking at the CentOS packages here:

In the middle of the CentOS section, it says:
gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key 0x41382202
gpg --armor --export packages at networkradius.com > /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/packages.networkradius.com.gpg
The first one fails with an error.
Keyserver timed outKeyserver error
Does anyone else have this problem?  Is there a workaround?
