Integrating to FreeRadius via third party system.

Radius supports LDAP or most other identity management systems. Third party
applications can communicate with freeRadius using API or using Radius
packets. You can even write module specific scripts for integration.

If you are talking about administering freeRadius then daloRadius is quite
a handy tool.
