  Where did you add it?  At the top?  In the middle?

  All of the documentation says you shouldn't post this.  It's not relevant.  All of the documentation says to post the debug output from the *server*.

  The user "test" wasn't found by the "files" module.

  Are you editing the correct "users" file?  Read the debug output to see which one the "files" module is loading, and edit that.
