Cache errors(?) - single device

I use eap.conf file which was located in mods-available after building the server:

Now when I compared it with content of eap.conf in git folder, is of different version:

##  eap.conf -- Configuration for EAP types (PEAP, TTLS, etc.)
##
##	$Id: a89a783663588017b12bcc076362e728261ba8f2 $

#######################################################################

And obviously, this file has it:
			store {
				Tunnel-Private-Group-Id
			}
		}

It looks like, that was the source of my problem. Now I need to compare/check all conf files...
