Freeradius 2 -> 3 upgrade, LDAP auth

Hello.
I'm very new at freeRadius, but I was given the task to upgrade a
freeradius 2 server to version 3.

I've followed the guides in the files and I have working PAP (for
testing) and MSCHAPv2 authentication and working proxy to other
universities. Allso LDAP, if I set the update control:Auth-Type LDAP.

The server will be used for AP authentication in one of our faculties,
so I must have a working EAP authentication. Here is where my problem
starts (in the inner-tunnel):

If I leave the current configuration and don't set Auth-Type := LDAP
(different in my case, due to the fact I have multiple LDAP servers
based on the user Realm, but that is a step down the road), i have a
working EAP-MSCHAPv2, EAP-TTLS and EAP-PEAP authentication, but not
EAP-PAP (no auth type has been set). If i set the Auth-Type to LDAP,
the other 3 are not working, but PAP is (empty password error, can
post debug). On the V2 server, they have a inner_users file that loads
in the authorization part of the inner-tunnel nad sets the Autz-Type
and Auth-Type to LDAP based on the user realm.

So based on the v3 configuration files it's not good to the set the
auth type, because the other types don't work (my case). But I would
like to set the Auth type to LDAP IF no other auth type has been set.
I've tried if(!Auth-Type) {} on the bottom of authorization section,
but it's allways true, and if I set it under LDAP autz ( IF OK, as in
the LDAP module) it's allso true, because it finds the user. Allso my
LDAP account can't read the user password from the server (tested with
ldapsearch).
