Reg; radwho command not working with free radius version 2.2.10

Hi All ,

Recently i have upgraded to free radius version from 2.1.6 to 2.2.10 .After
upgrade radwho command not working and i don't have clue on how to fix it .

Could some point out to solution if already faced and resolved this issue

radwho: No configuration information in radutmp section of radiusd.conf!
