Freeradius crash

[adrian.p.smith at bt.com]

We are seeing occasional crashes in our production servers. We recently upgraded them to 3.0.20 (from 3.0.7) thinking that might help.

See the log below from the latest crash. We use Daemontools to restart automatically.

Is this something we can work-around?
