Sorry, I didn't understand your question… if you have both records in radacct. therefore, the users are currently connecting trough any controllers, so what do you want?

Btw, FreeRADIUS 2.2.x is dead. Please upgraded to 3.0.x using our official packages https://packages.networkradius.com/
