Windows 10: EAP-TTLS certificate not trusted

hi,

its been awhile but I seem to recall  Certificates-Current User >
Trusted Root Certification Authorities for TTLS-PAP since the
engineers for the EAP-TTLS/PAP stuff appear to have never talked to
the rest of the Windows stack team (based not only on the
GUI/interface and other oddities :(

anyway, you'll be wanting to cook up a proper CA and RADIUS cert for
your systems rather than deploying it as is as that root CA will be
useless for your wireless soon.
