Bad talloc magic value

Hi Matthew, just to note we upgraded one of the servers that had this issue with the previous package this morning and all looks good so far.

3.0.23-3 is out and fixes this. It was an issue in the CentOS packaging.

Apart from rebuilding there have been no other changes. New Debian and Ubuntu packages are released for consistency, but are identical to -2.
