FreeRadius copy-acct-to-home-server

Hi,

So in order to make it work I had to change from &Home-Server-Name to
&Proxy-To-Realm and it worked.

The &Home-Server-Name was not sending the packets to the other Radius.

For &Proxy-To-Realm I have created a realm with the above home server and
started to see the packets.
