  The problem is when I say "post the debug output", the answer shouldn't be "you're the expert, I expected you to understand".

  The reason I ask for the debug output is that it's usually the only thing which will help.  What I completely fail to understand is that all of the documentation says to do this.  People still don't do it.  And then get upset and argue when asked to post the debug output.

  This is what I go through pretty much every week.  It's frustrating.
