  You should be able to do better than this.

  There is extensive documentation on how to debug the server, and how to ask useful questions on this list.  See http://wiki.freeradius.org/list-help

  If only there was some kind of "debug" mode which showed what the server was doing.  If only there was a tool like "grep" which let you find words in files.

  i.e. if you can't be bothered to read the documentation or use standard tools. we can't be bothered to do that, either.  You're asking us to do that work, and then cut & paste the answers into the mailing list on top of that...
