Since I didn't found any documentation how to add an attribute, I really don't know how I can solve my problem...

Could you send me an excerpt to understand how can I solve my problem?

  The attr_filter module generally *removes* attributes.

  If you set Framed-MTU in the "inner-tunnel", you also need to copy it to the outer session, too.  You can edit the "eap" module configuration to set "use_tunneled_reply = yes"
