freeradius_server_release_3_0_25 was changed

I used https://github.com/FreeRADIUS/freeradius-server/archive/release_3_0_25.zip
link to download and build freeradius-server.
But after some time the archive was changed and there were no any
comments about it.
Attached you can find the diff (seems it related to rlm_couchbase module).
Please comment this, should I use the newest archive or previous one?
and why this changes disappeared ?
