Issue installing FreeRADIUS 3.2.3 MySQL module.

You can check whether two versions of mysql-common are installed, or
mysql-common-8.0.32 is already installed, and then you updated the yum
repository, causing the installation of freeradius-mysql to use a newer
version of the software dependency?
