PPPoE User Suddenly internet is not working even user is connected

This is common in ISP networks as I have seen similar issues myself. It has
nothing to do with freeradius. The issue is PPPoE is a jitter sensitive
protocol and the connection becomes zombie if there is a small jitter in
the network. Once the session becomes zombie , it looks like the user is
connected but there is no traffic between the user & NAS.

To tackle this, 1. Avoid Jitters 2. Disconnect User in 24 hrs timeframe. 3.
If PPPoE clients are icmp reachable use a watchdog script to remove session
if unreachable.
