Blank Page after Login

 I hope this email finds you well.

I am getting a blank page after I log in to the daloRADIUS login page
http://127.0.0.1:8000/login.php
and i am using
administrator as a username and radius as a password

after i login i got a blank page

and in the error.log file ( var/log/httpd/daloradius/operators ) i got this
