I'd definitely be looking to upgrade, both FreeRADIUS and OpenSSL.

The closest thing we saw to this here were some segfaults that only occurred with certain SteamBox client devices and only when the hosts were performing a TLS Session-resumption 5-way handshake.  We've since retired those servers, they were too old to be worth debugging, and newer FreeRADIUS/OS have not had the same issue.
