Attributes in access-challenge

Hi all, Is it "normal" that the attributes contained in the access-accept packet are also contained in the Access-Challenge packets sent by Freeradius ? Is there a way to force Freeradius to return the attributes associated to the user in the access-accept packet only ? Many thanks. David
