Newbie question

Hi all, I am new to freeradius and I want to know if it's possible to perform the following. I provide for multiple people access to the internet via a proxy server with authentication (htpasswd), server is FreeBSD. I want to deny them access after 1 month. I was wandering if freeradius can work with the htpasswd password file, and then deny them access after 1 month. Thank you
