As per my email - there are other options.
You can make your EAP module name shorter; or you can specify the:
eap { tls { cache { name = A } } }
...the idea being to make "name" a SHORT string. Then it should work. Have you tried this? - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
