      This can be disregarded; I misunderstood the wiki instructions.
raddb/mods-available/files should not have been replaced, but rather have
the files authorized_macs {} section appended to the existing file.
After reverting to the default file and appending this works just fine now.

Referencing official Mac-Auth wiki page:

Per wiki, created/modified the below files:
- raddb/mods-available/files (replaced existing file per wiki instructions
with provided content)
- raddb/authorized_macs (created new file with my list of MAC addresses
with provided syntax)
- raddb/sites-available/default (added the canonicalisation policy and new
files call per wiki)
Running radius -X resulted in a deprecation warning of the compat line,
and an invalid syntax error for the files module.
Removing the compat line results in the debug output provided below, where
it states it was unable to find "files" as a module or policy as called in
the preacct section of the sites-enabled/default file.
