ACME Net-Net 4000

I am trying to setup ACME PACKET Session Border Controller for accounting. I am totally lost. Does anyone have any experience setting up accounting. I bought the RADIUS book, googl'd, and read ACME Manual and the "dots" are not connecting. Any information setting up Accounting would be appreciated, especially for the ACME SBC. Best Regards
