I have encountered a strange issue with Accounting Request when I connected a fresh-installed Windows 8.1 Pro machine to the Wi-Fi network.
When I connect using an iPhone 5SE, I see the all important Class attribute in the Accounting Request packets, but it is missing when I connect the Windows 8.1 Pro machine. That did not happen with FreeRADIUS 2.2.9. Why does that happen? How can I solve this problem?
How did you migrate your configuration from 2.2.9 to v3? Did you make sure that you copied all of the configuration? Where are you setting the Class attribute? It would help to describe what you're doing, and what you've configured, instead of saying "stuff goes wrong, how do I fix it?" Alan DeKok.
