Multiple authentication for same user.

Hi, I have freeradius and coova chilli(version 1.3.0) running in one machine and webserver running in a other machine. For the same user, Is it possible to give separate access for webserver and separate access for the internet. i.e I need a mechanism of two types of authentication for the same user. one authentication for the webserver access and the other authentication for the internet access.
