Ask the NAS vendor. It's not a FreeRADIUS problem.
By the way, I figured that this type of AP (DWL-2100AP) supports Acct-Interim-Interval (the newer firmwares), but I can't find any clue how to set that!
Ask the NAS vendor how their product works.
