No. Your names are user@jacques.net. Make realm jack with jacques.net
details:

realm jack {
     authhost = 192.168.0.252:1812
     accthost = 192.168.0.252:1813
     secret = something
}
...
...
5) update raddb/users, and add the following to the TOP:
DEFAULT FreeRADIUS-Proxied-To == 127.0.0.1, Proxy-To-Realm :=
jacques.net
It doesn't work yet.
Proxy-To-Realm := "jack"
