If it's just 'forbidden' in small text then your browser or an intermediary proxy is triggering in the CSRF prevention logic.
Now I see..
To diagnose i'd need a packet trace of a request to the wiki server.
I'll try to fetch …wireshark ? ….actually I've squid+IWSS
