sql failover

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to make the FR start even if the database connection is unavailable and if this a good thing to do? I configured 3 sql sub-module in ''/mods-availabe/sql'' and configured them as a redundant section in ''radiusd.conf.in''. However, when the first defined database in ''/mods-availabe/sql'' is unreachable the server refuses to start. Thanks in advance. Abram
