Right ... mods-enabled/ and sites-enabled/ were empty just after the installation process (./configure; make; make install)! I've linked manually mods-enabled/default, mods-enabled/inner-tunnel, sites-enabled/eap, ... and the problem is now fixed! Thank you all so much!
