Testing the access via radtest, I get the "expected" info AFAICT:

just the "reject" seems to point towards something that's still missing ... what is it??? Loggfile also still says the auth is unsuccessful:
The server rejects by default. You have given it neither: * a password * or a forced "Auth-Type" of "Accept" ...so it's doing what it's supposed to.
