you will need to do the attr_rewrites or the host name wont be munged properly
I thought recent versions of the server handle this properly *IF* you use %{mschap:User-Name} in the appropriate places - certainly the mschap_xlat function contains the relevant code to expand "host/x.y" into "x$"
