Simultaneous-Use in proxy

Hello everyone, I need to restrict simultaneous logins but the freeradius server which receives the authentication does not implement this restriction. This server receives the authentication different departments and this restriction should only be applied in my department. It is possible to create a proxy that forwards authentication for global freeradius server and controls the simultaneous logins? How to return the parameter Simultaneous-Use via proxy?
