My company needs to expand its FreeRADIUS deployment in a way that will allow us to have multiple geographical locations reporting its accounting information to a single RADIUS server.

Did you try network radius support? http://networkradius.com/support/ Also, as Paul mentioned, using a centralized database can work. Or you can proxy accounting messages to a central radius server. -- Fajar
