You need something like:
plugin radius.so
...in your options.pptpd (or whatever) file, and you then need to make sure the config in /etc/radiusclient (or whatever) is setup so that the pppd radius plugin can talk to the radius server. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
