There appears to be another RADIUS server running on the authentication port 1812
It means that you already have an instance of radiusd running on the daemon port.
Whats the output of 'ps auxf' on your box?
Netstat will tell you what's using which port. Do instead: # netstat -tnp | grep 1812 example output: tcp 0 0 192.168.30.107:49182 192.168.30.1:5222 ESTABLISHED 5938/gaim - -- ============== +---------------------------------------------+ Martin Gadbois | "Please answer by yes or no. | Sr. SW Designer | Uncooperative user waste precious CPU time" | Colubris Networks Inc. | -- The Andromeda Strain, M.
