My current setup is Freeraidus 2.0.4 connecting to OpenLDAP with PEAP authentication. Currently I have it working with all of our Linux and Mac clients and to an extent our Windows clients. I am trying to make connecting as simple as possible for the user. I can get the Windows clients to work if I uncheck the "Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any)" option on the XP supplicant under the configure button for the MSCHAP authentication method. I would like to leave that option checked however when I do so the rlm_ldap fails because it is looking up DOMAIN\5cUSER. I have searched around a found a few leads but most of the deal with authenticating with ActiveDirectory and even if I do try their suggestions it doesn't seem to work. Output is below any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
