Trying to configure with --prefix causes install to fail

      I cannot configure freeradius to install into any other directory other than
the default.

When I configure with the following:

      ./configure --prefix=/Radius

      make all

      make install

the 'make install' fails.

When I perform the default configure, everything works fine.

I am using 'freeradius-1.1.1.tar.gz' to build.

Any ideas?
