The only answer I have found online suggests a port conflict but no other port other than 1813 would respond to accounting requests. Note: accounting point is set to 0 in sites-enabled/default
The client is sending Access-Requests to the accounting port. Fix it so that the client sends Access-Requests to the authentication port. Alan DeKok.
