Please do not post the configuration files to the list. You've sent over a LOT of data, much of which is unchanged from the files that ship with the server.
The only relevant portion is the following from the debug output;
/*usr/local/etc/raddb/modules/ldap[29]: Failed to link to module 'rlm_ldap': rlm_ldap.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory /usr/local/etc/raddb/sites-enabled/default[275]: Failed to find module "ldap".
This is in the FAQ. You have not installed or built the rlm_ldap module. It may be in a separate package, if you installed freeradius from a package.
If you installed freeradius from source, you will need to install the OpenLDAP client libraries && development header files for your system. You should then re-build and re-install FreeRADIUS.
