How to configure FreeRadius as Captive Portal

Hi All, I am a new person using freeRadius server. I have a wireless access point with WPA authentication option. It does not have any support for 802.1x or configuring Radius server.But i want to implement some central security using Radius server.Is it possible to configure the FreeRadius server in such a way so that i can setup an captive portal.
