I am starting my radius in debug mode with this command: radiusd -X

when connecting from client machine i m getting this error ...radius tell me like this.

rad_recv: Access-Request packet from host 127.0.0.1:32768, id=237

thats not an error - thats a bit of information being printed. why do you think this is an error? alan
