I have looked at the radtest script and there is no mention of "calling" anything (case insensitive search done), so I seem to be missing a clue as to what I should be looking for in the script. Its 'not being expanded' because it's not actually being sent. Alan D has already told you this. Use the required radtest config to send a CSI or use another testing tool. Your choice. But if CSI isn't being sent then there's nothing the server can do to magically fix that!
